As we operate through an international fulfillment model, orders are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers and logistics partners located in Asia.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Loratta Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lorattajewelry.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
